To give us time to consider your feedback prior to the submission of the application, the consultation will close on the 10th July 2026.

There will be a further opportunity to provide your comments directly to Rochdale Borough Council as part of the statutory consultation process once the planning application has been submitted, which is anticipated for Summer 2026.
